The Community in Denmark is Growing

The Community of the Friary in Roskilde, Denmark is growing. In fact two Friars from the Romanian Province have become part of the community beginning this October. The two Friars are Friar Iulian Misariu, OFM Conv., born in Bacau, Romania in 1965, and Friar Iulian Luzinschi, OFM Conv., born in Buhuşi, Romania in 1977.

Friar Iulian Misariu received his initial formation in Roman, Romania, then in Padua and Rome, Itlay, where he did his Doctorate at the Seraphicum on the influence of the document Dominus Jesus. Prior to arriving at this new destination, he offered his Ministry in Romania, Italy, Canada, Burkina Faso, and Australia.

Friar Iulian Luzinschi completed all of his initial formation in Romania. He has carried out Pastoral Ministry in Romania and in Italy, at Verona, where he was part of the Pastoral Team for four years.

The new community has celebrated their first Friary Chapter and nurture the joyful hope that the Lord will help them live a good fraternal life.
